Put a little magic in your lunch this week and go green for your kids, yourself, or someone else who could use a little fun.  This is a great opportunity to eat more fruit and veggies without even trying, and you might just be surprised at how the novelty of this green theme will get the same cucumber and celery your little leprechaun won’t usually eat, to magically disappear.
