Asparagus has got to be one of my all-time favorites!! It’s a cinch to make & pairs well with nearly every protein for Breakfast & Dinner! All you need is a bundle of Asparagus, Olive Oil (or Bacon Drippings), Garlic, Salt & Pepper.
You’ll want to break off the tough ends of the Asparagus.
Wash your Asparagus under cool water.
Place your Asparagus in a pan, top with drizzles of Olive Oil (or Bacon Drippings), Garlic, Salt & Pepper.
Sauté on Med/Low for 5-8 minutes. Give it a good shake every minute or so, this will allow the Asparagus to cook evenly on all sides. I like my Asparagus more crunchy than mushy. The more raw a veggie is, the better for you.
And there you have it. AmaZing Asparagus!

One of my most favorite meals, prepared with my husband on a morning our kids were out of town. Leftover Morton’s Steakhouse Filet Mignon, eggs over medium & AmaZing Asparagus.
