Seton Catholic moves into Class 1A top ten of Associated Press state football rankings

Seton Catholic made its debut in the Associated Press state media prep football rankings, coming in at No. 9 in Class 1A.

Seton Catholic is off to its first 4-0 start in school history after a 59-0 rout of Seton Catholic last week.

Skyview (4-0) fell one spot to No. 4 in Class 4A after reshuffling of the 4A rankings. Last week’s No. 1 team, Lake Stevens, lost to West Linn last week, dropping the Vikings to No. 2. Graham-Kapowsin moved from No. 2 into the top spot. Curtis scored a win over Emerald Ridge, jumping Curtis past Skyview into a tie for second with Lake Stevens.

Camas (3-1) moved up into a tie for No. 8 with Moses Lake. The Papermakers were No. 10 last week.

La Center (4-0) held at No. 5 in Class 1A, and Kalama (2-2) returned to the Class 2B top ten at No. 10.
