Evergreen vs. Skyview

Game notes: Evergreen (2-0) was idle last week. Jaylen Fite has caught 14 passes for 330 yards and two touchdowns. Skyview (3-0) beat Union 23-20. Xavier Owens has caught nine passes for 120 yards and three touchdowns in two league games. This is the two teams’ first meeting since 2015. The last time Evergreen beat Skyview was in 2008.
Heritage vs. Union

Game notes: Heritage (2-1) beat Kelso 30-17 last week. Andre Cowley has rushed for 251 yards and two touchdowns and Kedyn Bolds has rushed for 252 yards and two TDs. Union (2-1) lost to Skyview 23-20. Alex Gehrmann has passed for 603 yards and five touchdowns. Union leads the series 12-0, winning 56-7 in 2019.
Mountain View vs. Battle Ground

Game notes: Mountain View (2-1) rallied to beat Prairie 30-24 in overtime last week. Riley McCarthy has passed for 429 yards and six touchdowns and rushed for 364 yards and two TDs. Battle Ground (0-2) was idle last week. Reid Schneider has rushed for a team-high 84 yards in two games. Mountain View has won the last three meetings, beating the Tigers 24-13 in 2019.
Stevenson vs. Toutle Lake

What: Southwest 2B League game

Game notes: Stevenson (2-2) beat Morton-White Pass 18-12 in 2-OTs last week. Toutle Lake (0-5) lost to Raymond-South Bend 26-0. The two teams met on Feb. 26 in a game won by Stevenson 28-0.
Camas vs. Kelso

Game notes: Camas (0-1) has not played since Feb. 26. Gabe Guo rushed for 74 yards and a touchdown in a 17-9 loss to Union. Kelso (1-2) lost to Heritage 30-17 last week. Colby Cooper returned an interception 41 yards and a kickoff return 98 yards for touchdowns last week. The two teams have not met since 2011 when Camas was 3A school. Kelso’s last win over the Papermakers came in 2004.
Hockinson vs. Washougal

Game notes: Hockinson (4-0) beat Ridgefield 14-7 last week. The Spudders have allowed 16 total points in four games this season. Washougal (3-1) beat Columbia River 21-14. Gavin Multer rushed for 140 yards and a touchdown last week. If Washougal wins, the Panthers will share the 2A GSHL title with Hockinson and possibly Ridgefield, if the Spudders also win. Hockinson has won the last nine meetings with the Panthers, including a 34-16 win in 2019.
Columbia River vs. Hudson’s Bay

What: 2A Greater St. Helens League game

Game notes: Columbia River (2-2) lost to Washougal 21-14 last week. Injuries derailed a promising start for River. Dylan Kier rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown last week. Hudson’s Bay (1-3) beat R.A. Long 28-13. Jamarion Hinton rushed for 136 yards and one touchdown. This is the two schools’ first meeting since 2013. Bay last beat River in 2006.
Ridgefield vs. Woodland

Game notes: Ridgefield (3-1) lost to Hockinson 14-7 last week. The 14 points allowed last week are the only points the Spudders have surrendered this season. Woodland (2-2) beat Mark Morris 35-22. Daymon Gressett rushed for 318 yards and three touchdowns. Ridgefield beat Woodland 34-6 in 2019.
Mark Morris vs. R.A. Long

Game notes: Mark Morris (1-3) lost to Woodland 35-22. Jared Noel threw three touchdown passes. R.A. Long (0-4) lost to Hudson’s Bay 28-13. Gage Kutera passed for 126 yards and caught three passes for 30 yards. Mark Morris has won the last two meetings in this rivalry, including 42-7 in 2019.
Castle Rock vs. La Center

Game notes: Castle Rock (4-0) beat Fort Vancouver 66-12 last week. The Rockets returned three interceptions for touchdowns last week, plus one fumble return and an 85-yard kickoff return by Wyatt Partridge. La Center (3-1) beat Columbia-White Salmon 42-0. Tom Lambert rushed for two second-quarter touchdowns. La Center has won the last 11 meetings, including a 42-39 win in 2019. This game will decide the Trico League championship, as La Center’s lone loss was a non-leaguer.
Goldendale vs. Columbia-White Salmon

Game notes: Goldendale (0-4) lost to Seton Catholic 36-28. Caleb Smith rushed for 95 yards and two touchdowns and returned a kickoff 85 yards for another score. Columbia-White Salmon (1-3) lost to La Center 42-0. The Bruins are coming off back-to-back losses by a combined 90-0. These two teams typically kick off the season against each other, with the Bruins winning the last five meetings.
