Local prep football players of Class of 2021 who have signed, committed or received offers from college programs
The 2020-21 recruiting season for high school football in Southwest Washington has been a strange one.
Eleven local players signed college letters of intent with the programs of their choice during the early signing period last month. Four others have announced verbal commitments, while 11 others are weighing one or more offers.
Here’s a look at Southwest Washington’s football recruiting class of 2021.

Jacques Badolato-Birdsell, RB, Camas
The 5-11, 195-pound back is rated a 3-star recruit. He was an Associated Press first-team all-state running back and a Columbian All-Region pick after rushing for 1,559 yards and 29 TD in 13 games in 2019. He signed with Nevada during the early signing period.
Jake Blair, QB, Camas
The 6-2, 180-pounder was a second-team all-4A Greater St. Helens League pick at quarterback. He passed for 1,136 yards and 15 touchdowns in eight games before suffering a season-ending injury in 2019. He signed as a preferred walk-on with Oregon State during the early signing period.
Jake Bowen, ATH, Union
The 6-3, 205-pound receiver/defensive back was a second-team all-4A Greater St. Helens League pick at receiver in 2019. He caught 33 passes for 593 yards and 8 TD in 10 games last season. He signed with the University of San Diego.
Dylan Dean, OT, Columbia River
The 6-5, 235-pounder signed with Central Washington. He had offers from Montana State Northern, Pacific Lutheran and Pacific University.
Jaylen Fite, CB, Evergreen
The 6-1, 175-pound was a first-team all-3A Greater St. Helens League selection at receiver and defensive back in 2019. He had 25 catches for 307 yards and two TDs last season. He signed with Western Oregon.
Dion Garrett, WR/DB, Prairie
The 5-10, 175-pounder signed with Presentation College (S.D.). He also received offers from Whitworth, Linfield College and Puget Sound.
Brett Gray, OT/DE, Skyview
The 6-4, 260-pounder has bulked up since the 2019 football season when he was listed at 235. He signed with Valparaiso. He also received offers from Montana Western, George Fox, Southern Oregon, Linfield, Whitworth and North Carolina-Greensboro.
Lorenzo Lombardi-Bannon, G/DT, Skyview
The 6-foot, 275-pounder was a second-team 4A Greater St. Helens League pick at defensive line in 2019. He signed with Simon Fraser. He also had offers from George Fox and Linfield.
Bailey Meek, DE, Ridgefield
The 6-5, 255 lineman was the 1A Trico League defensive player of the year and made the Associated Press all-state first team in 2019 He has signed with Army during the early signing period
Jude Mullette, K/P, Mountain View
The first-team all-3A Greater St. Helens League pick last year at kicker and punter signed with Central Washington.
Xavier Owens, DB, Skyview
The 5-11, 175-pounder was a first-team all-4A Greater St. Helens League pick at defensive back in 2019. He signed with Western Oregon. He also had an offer from Southern Oregon.
Mason Packer, ATH, Skyview
The 6-0, 200-pounder signed with Portland State. Packer earned Trico League all-league honorable mention in 2019.
Michael Stromberg, DB, Skyview
The 5-10, 180-pounder was a first-team all-4A Greater St. Helens League selection at defensive back in 2019. He signed with George Fox. He also had an offer from Pacific Lutheran.
Alex Wood, WR/DB, Union
The 5-9, 175-pounder signed with Pomona Pitzer.

The 5-10, 205-pounder committed on Dec. 30 to George Fox.
Brody Schlaefli, OT, Prairie
The 6-5, 320-pounder was a first-team 3A Greater St. Helens League all-league pick in 2019 and earned 3A all-state honorable mention. Schlaefli announced he will play junior college football for Riverside (Calif.) College.

The 6-2, 185-pounder had 20 catches for 365 yards and 5 touchdowns in 2019. He has received an offer from Linfield
Keith Blau, WR/LB, Columbia River
The 5-11, 170-pounder has 15 catches for 140 yards and three touchdowns in 2019. He has received an offer from Pacific University.
Ian Davis, WR, Prairie
The 6-4, 205 pounder caught 25 passes for 298 yards and four TDS in 2019. He has offers from Whitworth, Linfield, Pacific Lutheran, Presentation College (S.D.) and Ottawa University (Ariz.)
Sliman Farran, DE/RB, Skyview
The 6-1, 230-pounder has received offers from Defiance College (Ohio) and George Fox.
Brendan Feeney, ATH, Skyview
The 6-0, 170-pound receiver/defensive back has offers from Gustavus (Minn.), Linfield College, Pacific Lutheran and Puget Sound.
Jack Grimsted, C, Union
The 6-3, 260-pounder was a second-team all-4A Greater St. Helens League pick at offensive line in 2019. He has offers from Linfield College, Pacific Lutheran, Whitworth and Central Washington.
Tom Lambert, ATH, La Center
The 6-0, 210-pounder was the 1A Trico League MVP in 2019. He passed for 1,252 yards and 12 TDs in 11 games and rushed for 808 yards and 15 TDs. The quarterback/linebacker has offers from Valparaiso, Linfield, Whitworth and Graceland (Iowa).
Mason Priddy, ATH, Columbia River
The 5-9, 160-pounder was 2A Greater St. Helens League second-team all-league pick at quarterback. He passed for 1,492 yards and 15 TDs. The quarterback/defensive back is rated No. 137 statewide by 247sports. He has received an offer from Ottawa Univeristy (Arizona).
Dustin Shelby, ATH, Prairie
The 6-1, 190-pounder was a 3A Greater St. Helens League first-team all-league pick at running back and linebacker in 2019. He rushed for 888 yards and 11 TDs in 11 games last year. He has offers from Central Washington and Montana Tech.
Max Sturtevant, WR/DB, Columbia River
The 5-5, 150-pounder had 35 catches for 499 yards and three touchdowns in 2019. He was a second-team all-2A Greater St. Helens League pick at receiver. He has received an offer from Chapman University (Calif.).
J.J. Woodin, QB, Evergreen
The 6-2, 195-pounder played last season at Lake Oswego (Ore.) after transferring midway through his sophomore year from Westview (Ore.). Woodin has offers from Linfield College and Western Oregon and as a preferred walk-on from Idaho.
