ABOUT MOUNTAIN VIEW: The Thunder have won five straight since a season-opening loss to Union. Quarterback Riley McCarthy passed for 145 yards and two TDs and rushed for 88 last week against Prairie. He has passed for 761 yards and 7 TDs and rushed for 411 yards and 7 TDs. Defense has led the Thunder. The 22 points scored by Prairie were the most Mountain View has allowed all season.

ABOUT EVERGREEN: Quarterback Carter Monda leads the region in passing with 1,360 yards after passing for 402 yards last week against Kelso. Evergreen gains 445 yards of offense against Kelso. Monda completed passes for six different receivers. But the Plainsmen also allowed 420 yards rushing to the Hilanders.
