ABOUT WASHOUGAL: After struggling against Prairie, the Panthers got their offense going to open 2A Greater St. Helens League play last week. QB Dalton Payne passed for 369 yards and four touchdowns last week. He’s passed for 746 yards and eight TDs for the season. Last week, nine different receivers caught a pass.
ABOUT WF WEST: After an interception-filled Week 1 performance, quarterback Josiah Johnson passed for 235 yards and five touchdowns last week against Hudson’s Bay. Cade Heller caught two touchdown passes. The Bearcats held Bay to 115 yards of offense.
