GAME NOTES: Woodland is the No. 2 team from the 2A Greater St. Helens League. Tyler Flanagan broke Woodland’s single-season rushing record, set by his father Glen in 1988, with a season-high 380 yards last week against Mark Morris. He has rushed for 1,786 yards and 29 touchdowns. He has also passed for 1,744 yards and 18 touchdowns. With a kickoff return for a touchdown, Flanagan has been part of 48 scores for the Beavers. He also handles the punting, averaging 37.5 yards. Christian Yager, Wyatt Wooden, Reid Hope and Alex Bishop are the Beavers’ top receiver. Tumwater is the No. 2 team from the 2A Evergreen Conference. Tumwater is the No. 2 team from the 2A Evergreen Conference. The Thunderbirds got 117 yards rushing and two TDs on just six carries from Dylan Loftis last week. Wyatt Palmer threw two TD passes for Zane Murphy. Tumwater has battled injury this year, but has a depth of talented players.
