GAME NOTES: Trenton Howard had a big game on the ground in the rain against Seton Catholic. He rushed for a season-high 207 yards and both of the Bruins’ touchdowns. He has 851 yards and seven touchdowns. If the Bruins get past the Knights, they’ll face two big games to end league play against La Center (at home) and at Stevenson. King’s Way Christian gave up 207 rushing yards and three touchdowns to Castle Rock’s Wyatt Partridge last week. King’s Way fell behind 21-0 to Castle Rock in the first quarter but rallied to within in one score in the fourth quarter before the Rockets pulled away. Bryson Metz remains one of the top receivers in the region with 45 catches for 587 yards and seven touchdowns.
