GAME NOTES: Stopping Woodland means stopping Tyler Flanagan. That’s not easy to do. Flanagan leads the region with 891 yards rushing and 13 touchdowns. He rushed for 185 yards on 21 carries vs. Hockinson. He also has passed for 924 yards and 11 touchdowns. Four players (Christian Yager, Wyatt Wooden, Alex Bishop and Reid Hope) have double digit receptions. Montesano quarterback Shaydon Farmer passed for 142 yards and three TDs last week against Forks. He also rushed for a TD. Teegan Zillyet rushed for 143 yards on 12 carries and a touchdown. Forks rushed for 140 yards against Monte, but also committed five turnovers. Monte led Forks 14-0 at halftime before pulling away.
