GAME NOTES: Daniel Thompson rushed for 57 yards and a 5-yard TD run for the Tigers last week. Trent Thompson rushed for 59 yards. Seth Workman passed for 104 yards. Rainier Beach, ranked No. 5 in the first Associated Press rankings at Class 3A, present another tough non-league test for Battle Ground. Rainier Beach has two players who have received offers from SEC colleges. Offensive tackle Nathaniel Kalepo, who committed to Washington, got offers from Missouri, Tennessee and Vanderbilt. The other player is receiver Tyrone Taylor, who has received an offer from Florida despite only being a freshman.The Vikings also have three-star linebacker Orin Patu, who transfer in from Sheldon High in Eugene, Ore. In short, the Vikings are loaded.
