GAME NOTES: Hockinson has clinched the 2A GSHL title and will host the Aberdeen-Centralia winner in a Week 10 playoff game next week. R.A. Long’s playoff hopes ended with a loss last week. R.A. Long scored two fourth-quarter touchdowns last week, but a failed two-point conversion after its second TD proved the difference. Parker Reeves rushed for 126 yards last week. Hockinson has averaged 45 points a game, while allowing an average of 10. The Hawks will look to work on their rushing game to provide balanced to a potent air attack. Last week, the Hawks rushed for 47 yards outside of QB Canon Racanelli’s 77 yards on the ground.
