GAME NOTES: Neither team has secured a trip to the Week 10 playoffs, but a win this week could secure the No. 2 seed from the 3A GSHL. For Kelso, a win does secure the No. 2 seed. For Bay, a win with an Evergreen loss would secure the No. 2 seed. If Bay and Evergreen both win, a three-way tie for second place would exist between Bay, Evergreen and Kelso that would require a tiebreaker on Monday or Tuesday. A Kelso loss and an Evergreen loss would lock Kelso into the No. 3 seed. A loss would eliminate Bay if it is accompanied by an Evergreen win or a Prairie loss. Losses by Bay and Evergreen, plus a Prairie win, would create a three-way tie for third place, necessitating a three-team tiebreaker between those three teams on Monday or Tuesday. Bay has won three straight, the last two by combined scores of 102-0. Bay’s Quadrese Teague has scored eight touchdowns in the past four games. Kelso rushed for 208 yards and gained 325 total yards last week, but struggled to convert those yards into points. Max McDaniel rushed for 166 yards on 22 carries last week.
