2016 MEETING: Prairie 55, Fort Vancouver 7
GAME NOTES: Prairie is 0-for-October, losing its last three games. Prairie has been outscored 98-16 the past two weeks. But even with all that, the Falcons are still alive for a postseason berth. Prairie must beat Fort Vancouver to keep that hope alive. They also need Hudson’s Bay and Evergreen to lose this week to set up a three-way tie for third place. In that case, a three-team tiebreaker would be played next Monday or Tuesday. Prairie QB Logan Reed passed for 136 yards in his first start in place of the injured Jayson Maddux. He was also Prairie’s leading rusher with 18 yards. Jake Bobst had three catches for 64 yards. Fort Vancouver has been shut out in six of eight games this season. Myron Lawrence rushed for 42 yards for the Trappers last week. Fort managed 28 net yards of offense last week.
