GAME NOTES: Black Hills quarterback Ethan Loveless hits receiver Kade Weitzel for a 10-yard touchdown reception on the final play of the game to beat Capital last week. Weitzel caught the ball even though it was tipped by a Cougars defender. Capital had taken a 20-16 lead with 1:29 left. The Wolves are a young team that starts several sophomores. Black Hills dropped its opener to Timberline 35-7. After posting 353 yards of offense in a Week 1 loss to Heritage, Prairie only managed 162 yards last week, including only 16 rushing. QB Jayson Maddux has passed for 325 yards and 2 TDs. Nolan Mickenham has 11 catches for 84 yards and Izaiah Ward has 10 catches for 144 yards and 1 TD.
