GAME NOTES: All-league QB Ryan Stevens returns for Washougal after leading the Panthers to their first postseason appearance in nine years. And he has an experience line in front of him returning. LB Brevan Bea earned all-league honors as a freshman last season. West Seattle reached the Class 3A Week 10 state preliminary round, falling to Lincoln of Tacoma. Marcis Fennell takes over as coach this season, and his roster looks very young.
