GAME NOTES: Glen Perry, an all-league RB who rushed for more than 800 yards last season, makes the move to QB this fall for Mountain View. Returning all-league OL Zeek Fromel is one of four senior starters on offense. But the Thunder like to get many different players involved. DB Mitchell Delmage and LB Andrew Gulliford lead the defense. After an offseason marred by controversy for Ferris, Tom Yearout takes over for Jim Sharkey as the Saxons’ head coach. Yearout has a wealth of experience, but how Ferris adjusts to their new leadership remains to be seen.
