LAST WEEK: Fort Vancouver beat Benson 28-24; Kelso beat Centralia 35-6.
GAME NOTES: Fort Vancouver is trying to win its first league game since 2013. T.J. Willingham has stepped up as the star in the ground attack for the Trappers. He’s rushed for 389 yards and 3 TDs. He has a season-high 138 last week. Kyron Lowe-Ash has 31 catches for 379 yards and 2 TDs. Both players will have a challenge ahead of them against a Kelso defense that has allowed 25 total points in four games this season. Kelso QB A.J. Hoggatt has passed for 283 yards. RB Max McDaniel has rushed for 433 yards and 8 TDs. Nick Moore leads the Hilanders in tackles with 28. Kelso has won the last 15 meetings between the two schools dating back to Fort’s last win in the series in 1998.
