LAST WEEK: Skyview beat Sunset (Ore.) 31-21; Eastside Catholic beat Gonzaga Prep 21-7
GAME NOTES: Skyview’s ground game led the attack against Sunset. Hayden Froeber rushed for 142 yards. QB Brody Barnum rushed for 104 yards, and James Milspaugh rushed for 69. Skyview rushed for 352 yards. Barnum completed 9 of 21 passes for 75 yards with two TDs. Eastside Catholic, the two-time defending 3A state champion, won a battle against defending 4A state champion Gonzaga Prep. QB Ze’Shaun Lewis threw for 325 yards on 29-of-36 passing and three TDs last week. Hunter Bryant caught 16 passes for 139 yards. Eastside’s defense did stellar job against Gonzaga’s ground attack. The game is part of a quadruple-header of prep games in the Memorial Football Classic
