GAME NOTES: Tumwater RB Jakob Holbrook rushed 16 times for 220 yards and 4 TDs last week. Tumwater led 35-28 at halftime, but the blew the game open by scoring four times in the first nine minutes of the second half. The 77 points was a school record for Tumwater. The Thunderbird had a first-and-goal midway through the fourth quarter but elected to take a knee four times instead of breaking the 80-point mark. Columbia River RB Hunter Pearson rushed for 200 yards on 29 carries and scored three TDs. Pearson accounted for 200 of River’s 265 yards. Tumwater beat River 54-14 last season.
