Prep football preview: Lyle/Wishram vs. Stevenson
NON-LEAGUE GAME
WHEN, WHERE: 7 p.m. Friday at Bulldog Stadium, Stevenson HS
LAST YEAR: Lyle/Wishram 6-4; Stevenson 2-7.
GAME NOTES: Lyle/Wishran is moving up to 11-man football after playing an independent 8-man schedule last season. Stevenson took its lumps last season. But the benefit of that is the Bulldogs return most of their starting defense. Also QB Luke Nichols leads the offense with RB Cody Miller. Nichols with a group of veteran receivers could make the Bulldogs potent on offense.
