Last week: Camas beat Union 52-16; Mountain View beat Heritage 27-21
Last meeting: Camas won 52-21 in 20-14.
Players to watch: Camas QB Liam Fitzgerald has passed for 1,930 yards and 24 TDs this season, both area-highs. Mountain View RB Preston Jones leads all area rushers with 1,422 yards and 17 TDs
Game notes: Camas clinches the 4A GSHL title and No. 1 seed to the Week 10 playoffs with a win. Camas has not allowed a 100-yard rusher since Week 1 against Chiawana. Mountain View’s Jones hasn’t rushed for less than 131 yards in any game this season. Camas RB Jordan Del Moral has come on strong lately. He’s rushed for 932 yards and 15 TDs. Camas WR Jared Bentley leads the region in receiving with 49 catches for 830 yards and 11 TDs. Mountain View was shut out in the second half last week against Heritage. The Thunder defense has given up some big passing games to opposing QBs.
