Players to watch: Kalama QB Isaac Truesdell has thrown five TD passes for the Chinooks, accounting for all of Kalama’s scoring in two games. King’s Way Christian’s Jake Hoffman has 10 catches for 138 yards and two TDs and has rushed for 91 yards.
Game notes: Kalama’s Jacob Herz and Corbyn Byrnes each have two TD receptions. … The Chinooks defense has been solid, allowing just 14 points in each of their first games. … King’s Way had a lot of offensive stars last week. Preston Danberg scored four TDs. … King’s Way QB Liam Nabors has passed for 432 yards in two games. RB Dustin Johnson has rushed for 150 yards. Matt Garrison has six catches for 139 yards.
