Prep football preview: Seton Catholic at King’s Way Christian

When, where: 6 p.m., Friday; King’s Way Christian Field, King’s Way Christian HS, Vancouver

Internet radio: None

Last meeting: Seton Catholic won 26-18 in 2014

Players to watch: Seton Catholic QB/DB Ben Besquera takes over the Cougars offense; King’s Way Christian RB/LB Preston Danberg brings experience for the Knights.

Game notes: First-year coach Will Ephraim has a lot of new starters at Seton Catholic. King’s Way is trying to build up its program in its second season playing 11-man football. The Knights will again play an independent 1A schedule after playing six varsity opponents last year and three JV squads.

The Prep Proletariat says: “Coach Ephraim says he wants his team to be unpredictable. Hmm. We’ll see about that. King’s Way put a scare into Seton in its first game as an 11-man team last season. They may do more than that. KING’S WAY CHRISTIAN 27, SETON CATHOLIC 23
