Players to watch: Heritage RB Kalani Umiamaka, who rushed for 155 yards and three TDs in the win over Prairie last year; Prairie QB Kevin Aguirre will lead the offense that will focus on ball control.
Game notes: The game will be the debut for both head coaches: Matt Gracey at Heritage, and Kevin Baker at Prairie. So after this game, one coach will have a 1.000 career winning percentage at their new school. Gavin Lee will quarterback the Timberwolves, and Nick Somboun will be his top target. Prairie played a lot of younger players last season, and they hope that experience will show itself this season.
