Battle Ground hosts food drive at Thursday scrimmage
The Battle Ground football booster club is hosting a food drive at the program’s Black/Orange scrimmage Thursday night at District Stadium.
Admission is free, and fans who bring in 15 or more items to donate will receive a Battle Ground T-shirt. For $5, fans will get a burger or a hot dog, along with chips and a drink.
The scrimmage begins at 7 p.m.
Donations will go to the North County Community Food Bank.
