Battle Ground, Prairie have new athletic directors
A former boys basketball coach at Battle Ground is taking over as the athletic director at Prairie High School. Andy Schoonover left coaching after the 2011-12 school year to move into administration. He was an assistant principal at Chief Umtuch Middle School last school year.

Meanwhile, Battle Ground High School also has a new athletic director. Matt Stanfill, who was a health a fitness teacher at Amboy Middle School last school year, is the new leader of Tiger athletics.
