Trio of local girls basketball stars to play in All-State game
Union’s Emily Rowe and Prairie’s Cori Woodward and Megan Lindsley will take part in the Washington State Girls Basketball Coaches Association All-State games on Saturday at Seattle Christian High School in SeaTac.
Rowe will be play for the 4A team, coaches by Arlington’s Joe Marsh. Woodward and Lindsley will play for the 3A team, coached by Cleveland’s Stephenie Wheeler-Smith.
The 4A vs. 3A game will start at 6 p.m. The event starts with the 1B-2B game at 2 p.m. and 1A-2A game at 2 p.m.
Mark Morris’ Majerle Reeves (2A) and Castle Rock’s Madalyn Seidle and Tierney Uhlenkott (1A) also will participate.
