Neighborhood notes: Dognapped!

As City Hall reporter, I have the pleasure of receiving nearly-daily deliveries of neighborhood association meeting notes. Typically, they’re a bit yawns-ville, but every now and then I learn something important, newsworthy, or in this case, downright odd.

From the January Harney Heights notes:

-Thefts by Woman in Neighborhood. Neighbors report there is a neighbor who walks around the neighborhood and takes things from people’s yards, including someone’s dog. Police are aware of this woman and have been going to her apartment and getting the stolen items so they can be returned to the rightful owners.

So yeah, that’s happening…
