More fun with voicemails

It’s a common phrase in journalism: “If you’re not making someone mad, you’re not doing it right.”

So, I guess I’m in good company with Sandusky (Ohio) Register reporter Andy Ouriel, who we in the newsroom noticed today was also party to an obscenity filled voicemail from a (former) public official.

As readers of APIL will know, I got one myself earlier this month from Councilor Jeanne Harris.

Media know-it-all (we mean this in a good way) Jim Romenesko posted a bit about the voicemail on his site, during which a former county auditor uses the F bomb and calls the reporter a s***head.

I will say that this former auditor has the better color commentary.
