Anti-aging secret: Don’t become a county commissioner

Here’s a bit of trivia about The Columbian’s website: To get a story in the carousel on the homepage, you need a photograph. So even if the story doesn’t have art, and the photograph won’t run in the newspaper, you need to have something to attach to it in order for the story to be one of those top eight on the website’s homepage.

I should really have a photographer take a new picture of the Clark County commissioners, because this is the file picture we’ve been running. It was taken in November 2010 during a meeting with Bonneville Power Administration Administrator Steve Wright, when Wright stood by his decision to run a high-voltage transmission line through Clark County.
