Herrera wins Farm Bureau endorsement
Chalk up another endorsement for Rep. Jaime Herrera in her campaign for the 3rd Congressional District seat.
The Washington State Farm Bureau PAC, the political arm of the largest trade organization in the state, was short on specifics, but Bob Stuhlmiller, the PAC’s chair, said Herrera, a Camas Republican, has “helped us address the critical issues family farms need to survive and thrive.”
“Our farm and ranch communities are made up of business owners, many small and medium-sized, and we need leaders like Jaime to help them,” said Gary Boldt, president of the Clark-Cowlitz County Farm Bureau.
Herrea noted that she has voted 100 percent of the time with the Farm Bureau in two of her three sessions in Olympia.
