Stonier scores business support

Middle school teacher Monica Stonier, a Democrat, is running against Republican businessman Paul Harris in the open 17th Legislative District race. Nevertheless, she has scored endorsements from the Clark County Association of Realtors and the Vancouver Business Journal, which said it is “attracted to Stonier’s bold enthusiasm and the fact that she believes government needs to be held accountable.”
