Realtors feel safer with Golik

Clark County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Tony Golik is the best candidate for the top job in the prosecutor’s office, the Clark County Association of Realtors said Friday.

The 1,500-member association released the following statement:

“Safe communities are vitally important to our business as Realtors. Tony Golik is the candidate who will deliver on public safety. Tony Golik’s extensive experience as a deputy prosecutor and the fact that he has the full support of local law enforcement made Tony Golik the clear choice for the Clark County Association of Realtors.”

Golik, a Democrat, is running against Republican Brent Boger, an assistant Vancouver city attorney.

The general election is Nov. 2.
