Winner on the second shot!
We were taking the long route to dinner, meaning we walked through the rides and midway.
Just as we were exiting, we stopped as two women and little boy stopped at the Hoop Shot game. You know the one – you throw a basketball into a hoop and win a prize. Except that typically the hoop is a bit smaller than standard and the basketballs are perhaps a little more inflated.
One of the women warmed up a bit, threw the first shot, and hit the rim.
The second shot went in without hesitation. The ball swished all the way through the return net to the bottom, with high-fives all around including from the game operator.
Congrats, Lenzie! And enjoy your massive doughnut! That would have been my choice, too. Mmmm….
