Fair Food Feast Parade ~ Day 9

Wow, eleven entries in the Parade today!  I’d say that is one delicious day at the Fair.  Mmmmm.

Sneaking in a healthy treat from our garden on the way to the Fairgrounds. Our cherry tomatoes are finally red!

P1240566

Tasty french fries to go with my Ms. Burger from the Burger Buggy.

P1240570

Ms. Burger. It is a single-patty hamburger with a slice of ham on it. I consider it the best burger at the Fair.

P1240572

My second Coke of the week! I am such a rebel. I enjoyed it with “Ricardo.”

P1240596

Old-school chocolate-covered vanilla ice cream bar from the Nut House vendor east of the Food Court.

P1240718

Tutti Fruitti and Lime Hawaiian Shaved Ice. I love Lime; the Tutti Fruitti was new. I liked it. It was sort of a tangy cherry flavor.

P1240722

Beignets from the vendor sharing space with the Yakisoba booth across from the Lions booth. They were at the Fair last year but in a truck. VERY tasty but a messy disaster in a breeze with all that powdered sugar.

P1240725

Chocolate-covered frozen banana from the Smoothies vendor just outside the Grandstands. I really liked it. They dipped it in chocolate while I waited so it was really fresh.

P1240732

Another drink from the Smashers vendor next to the Get Cheezed vendor. This one was the Peach Pear. Very good! Again, sort of healthy and nicely tangy.

P1240735

Gyro with chicken from the Greek Cusina booth. I liked it but it needed a little more tzatziki sauce.

P1240770

Finishing the night with a Deep Fried Cookie Dough. YUM!

I am a Clark County Fair Fanatic and eat all things fried during the glorious 10 days of The Fair. I have lived in Clark County since 2004 and consider it the second-best decision of my life. I am married to a great guy named Rob (first-best decision) who graciously carries my stuff and takes my picture every time I eat something at The Fair. We have two indoor cats and lots of deer, rabbits, and coyotes who are kind enough to stay outside.
