Each week, The Columbian’s 360 Preps team compiles the best highlights from around Clark County and puts you, the reader, up to the task of choosing the week’s top play.
Week 4 did not disappoint.

Camas’ Andrew Boyle hits Luc Sturbelle for 69-yard TD
The Papermakers had just given up a touchdown to Bellevue and the score was tied 14-14 in the second quarter. Then Sturbelle outpaced three defenders and Boyle delivered a long ball that hit the fellow senior in stride, as he strode into the end zone untouched. Read more about that game here.
Columbia River’s Jarrett Seelbinder breaks off a 37-yard TD
Hosting the No. 1 team in 2A, Columbia River knew it had to send a message from the get-go. Seelbinder helped make it loud and clear. The running back broke tackles and accelerated for a 37-yard touchdown in the first quarter as the Chieftains struck first. It was Columbia River’s longest individual play of the evening. Hudson’s Bay’s Parker Marsh threads TD pass to Treyce Teague
Bay risks it all on fourth down, and Parker Marsh doesn’t disappoint. The quarterback delivers a strike to Treyce Teague in the end zone through multiple defenders. The Eagles went on to beat Franklin 27-7.
Evergreen’s Eli Vaa-Leiataua breaks free for a 41-yard TD
It only took three plays for the Plainsmen’s premiere back to make something special happen. Vaa-Leiataua went virtually untouched to the house, and the Plainsmen rolled to a 41-12 win over Rochester. Read more about that game here.
Camas’ Jackson Clemmer 63-yard TD catch to tie game late
What better time to make a big play, than with 2:17 to go down one touchdown? That’s what Clemmer did when he caught a deep pass down the right sideline from Andrew Boyle over a Bellevue defender, then hauled 30 yards past the efforts of two defenders to deadlock the score at 35-35.
Hockinson’s Aidan Mallory 17-yard TD catch in traffic
Nevermind that this was in the waning minutes of a blowout, Aidan Mallory made a big time play. The senior rose up and caught a dart from quarterback Levi Crum, securing the ball near the end zone pylon past the defender draped over him in coverage. The touchdown was Hockinson’s last in a decisive win over Columbia River.
