Camas does it again, this time at a volleyball match
This is just 10 seconds worth of video, but it shows just how awesome it was in the Camas gym for a volleyball match Tuesday.
Battle Ground’s coach said she had never seen a band at a volleyball match in her coaching days.
At one point, someone asked the public address announcer to ask the students to sit down. The answer: No way.
Well, the PA announcer was nicer than that. I was saying, “No way!”
We should encourage atmospheres like this one, not discourage students from having a lot of fun at sporting events. Yes, we know football has a huge following, especially at Camas. We need more crowds like this at other events, too.
