Ten set to run in Nike Borderclash

Ten Clark County runners are scheduled to compete in the Nike Borderclash cross country meet Sunday at the Nike World Headquarters Campus in Beaverton, Ore.

The Borderclash pits the best high school cross country runners in Washington against the best in Oregon. Berths on each state’s teams are determined by placing in their respective state meets.

On the roster for the Washington girls is Camas’ Alexa Efraimson, Alissa Pudlitzke, Maddie Woodson and Megan Napier, Union’s Alexis Fuller and Cassie McKinney and Prairie’s Nicole Goecke.

The Washington boys’ roster includes Skyview’s Colby Gilbert, Battle Ground’s Mark Tedder and Washougal’s Sean Eustis.

The girls race will begin at 10 a.m. Sunday, and the boys race will follow at 10:45 a.m.
