Monday (4-9) Prep Highlights

BASEBALL

Union 4, Skyview 3: The Titans scored two in the sixth, then two more in the seventh to stun the Storm. Clint Coulter had a run-scoring double in the sixth, and Newell Allen drove in the game-winner with a hit in the seventh. … Skyview’s Ian Hamilton pitched 5-and-a-third innings and got 15 of the 16 outs via strikeout. He also hit a 2-run home run.

Mountain View 7, Hudson’s Bay 2: Zach Torson pitched a complete-game three-hitter, striking out seven. He also had an RBI double. Riley O’Dell was 2-for-3 with two doubles for the Thunder.

Camas 3, Fort Vancouver 2: Dylan Harris got the game-winning hit in the bottom of the eighth inning to keep Camas unbeaten in 3A GSHL play. Anthony Gardner struck out eight and pitched a complete game for the Trappers.

SOFTBALL

Skyview 13, Union 0: Maddie Anthony was 3 for 4 with a double and drove in three runs for Skyview in the six-inning game.

Woodland 5, Heritage 0: Makayla Lefever struck out 12 as the Beavers shut out the Timberwolves in a non-league game.
