ISSAQUAH (7-2)

Notes: Issaquah placed third in the KingCo Crest Division, which includes former top-ranked team Eastlake and perennial power Skyline. Issaquah won 48-0 in Week 1; Skyview won 49-7 in Week 3. Neither game was a close as scores indicated. … After playing four running-clock games in five weeks, the Skyview starters have had to play all four quarter the past two weeks, getting the Storm ready for the postseason.

Bottom line: This is a tough state preliminary draw for Skyview. But if the Storm win, they’ll be able to play at Kiggins in the first two rounds of state. In the end, playing at home could be the tipping point in Skyview’s favor.
