Notes: The Eagles have not scored since a 21-15 loss to Battle Ground on Sept. 23. … They’ve suffered four consecutive shutouts. … Bay had endured 18 consecutive scoreless quarters. … They’ve been shut out five times total this season. … Bay has a one-dimensional offensive attack, as passing has been a weakness. Notes: Fort has lost 14 consecutive games dating back to last season. … The Trappers also have had their scoring problems, tallying only 12 points in their last five games (including three shutouts). … Both TDs scored in last five games came in fourth quarter when game was out of hand. … Austin could be key player for Fort, especially if Bay forges early lead.

Bottom line: It’s not every week that you pick a team to win that hasn’t scored in six weeks. But Bay’s ground attack may be enough to possess the ball, not require them to pass, which should minimize turnovers.
