Clark County seven among state's best
Seven Clark County football players made the Seattle Times’ list of the state top 100 college football recruits.
Skyview all-purpose standout Ellis Henderson was the lone local player to earn “Red Chip” status, which rates players who capable of starting for a major conference such as the Pac-10, or starring in a lesser conference.
Henderson has given a verbal commitment to Hawaii.
Six other players were listed a “White Chips” which complete the list of top 100 potential college recruits.
These players were Camas defensive lineman Odin Coe, Union linebacker Zak Browning, Camas quarterback Logan Grindy, Union tight end/linebacker T.J. Boatright, Skyview wide receiver Kyle Graves, and Camas defensive back Addison Owen.
