Evergreen's Joudrey goes down with knee injury

Evergreen standout basketball player Justine Joudrey, who has signed a letter of intent to play at Idaho State next season, injured a knee Wednesday in a victory over Columbia River.

Joudrey scored 18 points before she went to the floor with the injury in the fourth quarter.

Evergreen coach Jay Foreman did not know the severity of the injury when he reported the score Wednesday night.

Joudrey, who led the 4A Greater St. Helens League in scoring last season, led the Plainsmen to the district tournament championship.
