State Volleyball Results

Skyview advanced to the quarterfinals of the state Class 4A volleyball tournament in Kennewick with a 28-30, 25-17, 25-21, 25-21 win over Richland. The Storm play Olympia at 6:30 p.m. tonight.

In the Class 1B tournament at Yakima, both Seton Catholic and King’s Way Christian won opening-round matches to reach the final eight.

Seton defeated Lopez Island 25-17, 23-25, 18-25, 25-15, 15-6 and will face Tekoa-Oakesdale at 4 p.m.

King’s Way defeated Crescent 25-18, 25-6, 25-19 and will face Wilbur-Creston at 4 p.m.

If either Seton or King’s Way wins this afternoon, they will play in the state semifinals at 8 tonight.
