First round state playoffs set - High School Sports

The first round of the high school state playoffs for football and girls soccer was finalized on Monday by the WIAA.

Here is the schedule for the area teams:

FOOTBALL

Class 4A: Skyview will host Auburn at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Kiggins Bowl.

Class 3A: Camas will host Juanita of Kirkland at 6 p.m. Saturday at Doc Harris Stadium.

Class 1A: Stevenson travels to play Meridian at 4 p.m. Saturday at Civic Stadium in Bellingham.

GIRLS SOCCER

First round matches are Tuesday and Wednesday with the winners advancing to play in the quarterfinals on Saturday.

Class 4A: Skyview hosts Eastlake of Sammamish at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Kiggins Bowl.

Class 3A: Prairie travels to face Meadowdale of Lynnwood at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Edmonds Stadium.

Class 3A: Camas hosts Juanita at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Doc Harris Stadium.

Class 2A: Hockinson will host Sehome of Bellingham at 7 p.m. Tuesday at District Stadium in Battle Ground.

Class 1A: Ridgefield (17-0) will play Overlake of Redmond at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Chinook Stadium in Kalama.
