Concert to benefit Trey Foote Foundation

Three bands with students from Skyview High School will be holding a benefit concert for the Trey Foote Foundation at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the high school’s auditorium.

“If All Else Fails,” “Faire du Surf,” and “Search & Rescue” will play in an effort to promote spirit and support the foundation.

Tickets are $3 in advance or $5 at the door. For tickets, call 360-635-2227.

Trey Foote was a senior at Skyview when he died after a battle with cancer. His fight inspired his football team, his school, and later the entire Vancouver community. The Trey Foote Foundation awards a scholarship to a Skyview senior each year and also raises funds to help fight the disease.
