King’s Way girls lose first round

Colton, the top-ranked team in Class 1B girls basketball, had no trouble beating King’s Way, making its first state appearance in school history.

Colton led 33-0 at the half and ended up with a 79-15 victory.

King’s Way of Vancouver will play in the consolation round at 9 a.m. Thursday against Lummi.
