Golfing for diabetes

Cherry City Electric held its Third Annual Charity Golf Tournament on Sept. 26 at Royal Oaks Country Club.

The proceeds from the tournament again benefited the PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center Foundation.

Funds from this year’s tournament will help “Take A Divot Out Of Diabetes” by focusing on the community and educating those who have financial constraints preventing them from receiving adequate diabetes education.

Several participants from the business community, as well as corporate sponsors, joined in for the day of fun.
