Where do I get my ‘I voted’ sticker?

With many lingering questions circulating this election cycle, here’s priority number 768,542: where do I get my “I voted” sticker?

The traditional mementos from polling stations are not as common in Washington, a vote-by-mail state. But as mail-in voting becomes more widespread due to COVID-19, state and local governments are encouraging posting digital stickers as social media profile pictures.

The Washington Secretary of State’s website, for instance, has a page with eight downloadable images.

Considering that turnout in the Aug. 4 primary was exceptionally high, and if a sizable chunk of voters download the stickers on Nov. 3, Halloween-related profile pictures could have a short shelf life this year.
